Lumeta offers direct phone and email access to technical support specialists for problem resolution, bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance.

Our Maintenance and Support program is designed to help clients get the maximum benefit from their Lumeta product installation. With the Maintenance and Support Program, you'll receive the following benefits:

  • Upgrades and patches for licensed modules
  • Direct phone and email access to technical support specialists for problem resolution, bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance
  • 8am - 8pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday for Standard Support
  • 24 x 7 Premium Support is available. Contact your Account Representative
  • Access to Lumeta's online repository of updated input files (e.g., Internet Registry files) and documentation for download
  • Unlimited number of support incidents for contract term
  • Support for current release plus two previous releases

Lumeta Holiday Schedule

Lumeta's terms and conditions state that Standard Support is provided except on days that Lumeta designates as holidays. Below is the Lumeta holiday schedule through 2016, specifying the days that Lumeta's office is closed and support is not available:

  • Monday February 19th, 2018
  • Monday May 28th, 2018
  • Wednesday July 4th, 2018
  • Monday September 3rd, 2018
  • Thursday November 22nd, 2018
  • Friday November 23rd, 2018
  • Monday December 24th, 2018
